I was trolling the net and came upon these awesome videos from the 70s. They were shot on the rooftop training ground of Jow Biu Hong Kong back in the 70s. It says that their sifu was Lv Zhu Shi 呂柱石 whom is still alive but pretty old from what I know. He is now relocated in China but I have means to reach him. I have also seen his name as one of the main contributors for the tomb of the 5 Tigers in Jiangmen.
The problem with our art, is with the passing of time, much has been lost. If only we could document the forms in text and videos, we could have a chance to preserve these for the future. Every stroke has its purpose and not many troupes now teach the applications. I hope that here at Jow Gar Net we could contribute to at the least the video bit.
