Sifu Randy originated from the US. He trained under the late Sifu Dean Chin of the Jow Biu stream. In 1982 he left for Australia and he set up the Australian JowGa Kungfu Academy in Sydney.

After Sifu Dean Chin’s passing he has also contacted Hong Kong Jow Biu and had trained with the late Sifu Chan Man Cheung as well. It has been quite a feat for him to establish a Chinese kungfu school successfully as a foreigner.

His passing is a great lost to the Jowga family but his legend will live on, as he has many worthy disciples that have been running the school for several years.
